Our firm handles a wide variety of business law issues. If you are starting a new business, we can help you select the appropriate form for your new venture, based upon the number of people involved and the liability protection needed. Corporate law does not deal with just corporations. In a broad sense, it includes various forms of limited liability entities, including corporations and limited liability companies. We have reasonable legal fees designed to assist you with getting your new business ready to function and having your own property and family protected.
Corporations and LLCs
We handle all forms of corporate law issues, from formation to dissolution. We can assist with meeting and voting issues, mergers, shareholder and member agreements, operating agreements for LLCs, stock options, and sales of stock or membership interests.
Partnerships
General and limited partnerships can be wonderful vehicles, if they are set up and maintained in a proper fashion. We can assist with partnership negotiations and the drafting of partnership agreements. If problems arise, we can assist with partner issues, including ownership and use of partnership property. In the unfortunate event things do not work out, we can assist with partnership dissolution and winding up. Perhaps your business has grown, and you would like to add or replace partners. Contracts
We can assist you with contract formation and review, including proposals, standard terms and conditions, and Uniform Commercial Code issues. Business Litigation

Licenses and Permits
If you need a business license or a permit to engage in a specific type of business, we can assist in obtaining the license or permit and with compliance once you have received the license or permit.
