We can prepare simple wills if the following are true:
- You have no minor children;
- You have an estate which will total less than $1 million dollars; and,
- You are over the age of eighteen (18)
Simple Wills
We offer a significantly reduced price for a second spouse if you are having “mirror” wills prepared, i.e., you are having identical or very similar provisions in your wills, leaving your estate to the other spouse.
Included In Our Service
As part of our Last Will and Testament package, we will also prepare a Power of Attorney For Health Care and a Living Will.
If you would like a General Power of Attorney, we can prepare one for a small additional fee.
